Management Team
The list of directors are as follows:-
LEE CHEE HIAN: Group Director of the Company, Mr. Lee is a Bachelor of science degree holder in
Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University, United State. Mr. Lee engaged himself
in the property development since 2003 and has vast experience in earth works, pilling and supplying of
machineries. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Lee was a main contractor for a housing development project
in Medan, Indonesia. Besides involving himself as a director in FRASERS WORLD SDN. BHD., he is also a
director of STARISE DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD., CIPTA KUKUH SDN. BHD., HARMONY EVERISE SDN. BHD.,
SK GRAND GROUP SDN BHD. and SUNRISE ISLANDS SDN. BHD.
OOI GUAN HAI: Group Director of the Company. Mr.Ooi served as a director in SAM TEIK (K) SDN BHD and
gained vast experience in his first housing development project during the construction of TAMAN SRI INDAH since 1986.
He possesses good knowledge in planning and formulating housing development projects and business strategies.
He also plays an important role in the management of company finance.
Besides involving himself in housing development, he is also a director of SINARAN DELIMA SDN. BHD.
(timber trading a sawmill factory), INSTANT REMARK SDN. BHD. (pressed, treated and kiln dried timber)
and RESTU MAJU SDN. BHD. (timber logging).
OH EAN KHUAN: Group Director of the Company. Mr. Oh has wide range of business interest which includes oil palm estate,
rubber plantation, pawn shop and rubber wood processing factory. He is the sole proprietor of BAN CHEE HUAT (K) SDN BHD,
BAN CHEE HUAT TRADING COMPANY, BAN CHEE HUAT WOODWORKS FACTORY and PRESSURE TREATED & KILN DRIED RUBBERWOOD SUPPLIER.
OOI GUAN HOOI: Group Director of the Company, Mr. Ooi is a Bachelor degree holder majoring in Economics and
Master in Environment Management & Impact Assessment. He was the Project Manager for the housing development at
TAMAN SRI INDAH (Phase 2) by SAM HUAT (K) DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD and had acquired valuable knowledge in building construction
and site management.
OOI KOOI ENG: Group Director of the Company, besides involving in housing development, Mr. Ooi is also a director of SINARAN DELIMA SDN. BHD. (timber trading a sawmill factory), INSTANT REMARK SDN. BHD. (pressed, treated and kiln dried timber) and RESTU MAJU SDN. BHD. (timber logging).
